My Name Is Written Down

Is Your NAme There (Revelation 21) The Glory of the New Jerusalem But I saw no temple in it, for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are its temple. The city had no need of the sun or of the moon to shine in it, for the glory of God illuminated it. The Lamb is its light. And the nations [n]of those who are saved shall walk in its light, and the kings of the earth bring their glory and honor into it. Its gates shall not be shut at all by day (there shall be no night there). 26 And they shall bring the glory and the honor of the nations into it. But there shall by no means enter it anything that defiles, or causes an abomination or a lie, but only those who are written in the Lamb’s Book of Life. (Reveltions 21:22-27) In the Bible in several places it speaks of ways your names are recorded, the one I know the most about is in the Lambs Book of Life as well as it says our names are engraved and engraved into God's hands. This tells me that I am owned by God. I come from a long line of Cattlemen all the way back to Scotland. When I was younger, we had a brand, and the cattlemen still have brands today. If that brand was put on their own cattle, it meant those cattle belonged to them. Well, I believe this engraving talked about here, is very much like a brand. I am divinely owned by God, when I give my life to Him. You see, I am not stollen by people thieves, but I have been excepted by God, on my choice, into the famoly of God (herd) and in so doing my name is branded int othe hands of God. (Revelation 21:27,Isaiah 49:16): When I give my life into the hands of God, My name is ultimate written in the heavenly register. Those who are saved and belong to God have their names recorded in the Lamb's Book of Life. It is a book of citizenship in heaven. Written in Heaven (Luke 10:20): Jesus sent his disciples out to wittness,it was not because they had power over the devil, but rather He told them to go out rejoicing because their names were written in heaven. Called a The Book of Remembrance in (Malachi 3:16) Yes, even the Old Testament recorded the information about a book of remembrance that was written before the Lord it was for those who feared God and glorified His name. I stand on these promises, another place it says those names cannot be blooted out of that book.. (Revelation 3:1-6) Paul says in (Philippians 4:3) that the names of his fellow workers were written in the Book of Life, and Jesus encourages his followers to rejoice simply because their names are written in heaven (Luke 10:20( (Revelation 13:8) This book is full of many names, dating back to the very first believers ever, who truely believed in God. Yes, the names of the redeemed written since the foundation of the world. I believe this points to a permanent record rather than a temporary list subject to change. The only way you will not have your name written in the Lambs book of life is if you never ever give your life truly into Gods hands. If you die physically without believer Jesus was born, died and rose again, and recieving Him into your life. IT is then your name will not appeatr in the Lambs book of Lofr. So I ask you, do you know, your name is written there. Lord, I pray for all of my friends and family that they will make the choice to have their names written in the Lambs book of ?Life. So they know that one day they will be woth you forever. It is in your name I pray AMEN.
