Yes, what joy for those whose record the Lord has cleared of guilt, whose lives are lived in complete honesty!(Psalm 32:1-2) Psalm 32:4, where the writer describes the deep, exhausting weight of carrying unshared and unconfessed guilt. Have you been burdened with heavey guilt feelings? Where you feel like a heavey weight is in a pack sack and you feel you have to bare it a lone and you feel like a physical pressure is holding down your body, mind and soul, and you energy is spent. Ever been there, I have. The enemy the devil is great at making you feel you have to carry it all, plus He piles on those extra false guilts just to add to the load.
