TRUSTING ON THE POWER OF GOD

THIS IS POWER Daniel 6:25-28 I make a decree that in every dominion of my kingdom men must atremble and fear before the God of Daniel. For He is the living God, And steadfast forever; His kingdom is the one which shall not be cdestroyed, And His dominion shall endure to the end. (Daniel 6:26) We see Gods power in the book of Daniel, friends, while human kingdoms and powers are rising up and falling as I write, I want you to know and believe as I do that behind the scenes God prophecies and ways are being played out, I knew this was coming, and the verse I have so often quited before, I say with even more intensitity, "LOOK UP, For Your Redemtion Drawth Near." God will overcome, His eternal kingdom is what will truly endure. I know it sounds harsh, but these times must come before Jesus returns, because the bible says so. Here in Daniel he says, “Praise be to the name of God for ever and ever; wisdom and power are his. You here that all wisdom and power are His, if anyone exceedes in what they plan on doing it means that God has allowed it for a reason. God is changing the times and seasons right now;just as He did back in Daniels day. Daniel here says, He (GOD) deposes of kings, presidents, MP's, and for a reason He raises others up for such a time as this” (Daniel 2:20-21). We live in a world that denies God’s power. Its important for us who believe to remaining faithful to Him, even if it carries personal risk. The world will retaliate as we make a stand. Becauuse the political motivated scheming of others is what led to Daniel being cast into a lions’ den because of his faithfulness to God (6:3-8, 11-16). But look at what happens as God wins that battle, God delivers Daniel from the mouths of the lions and King Darius himself believes and he concludes in his mind that God is the ultimate ruler: “He is the living God and he endures forever; his kingdom will not be destroyed, his dominion will never end” (v. 26). Friends there is a time coming when ever knee will bow and every tounge will confess tha Jesus Christ is Lord. (Philippians 2:10-11) Here in Daniel, God reminds us to trust and rely on Him and His great power. In Daniel 6, look what God used to get people’s attention: He miraculously rescues Daniel from a lions den, when what should of happened didn't, in our way of thinking about the Kings of the Jungle, and they were hungry. Well, when Daniel was thrown into that den for choosing to defy King Darius’ decree by continuing to pray to God (vv. 10-23). He should have been ripped to shreads and eaten by these beastes is a very few minutes. But instead, God's power prevailed and the prophet survived. Why,because he’d “trusted in God and in His promises. (v. 23). Darius could not believe it, as he called down to Daniel, "Daniel, was your God able to deliver you from the mouths of the lions (Daniel 6:20-22) He was oh so relieved when Daniel answered him. So then the King declared that God was “the living God [who] endures forever” (v. 26). He alone “rescues and . . . saves [and] performs signs and wonders in the heavens and on the earth” (v. 27). Pretty amazing that here a pagan King agrees that God's power and sovereignty rule over all the earth. It had come down to the fact that God’s act of power couldn’t be overlooked. It was the impossible made possible by GOD. Sometimes God gets our attention as He does something significant and undeniable (v. 27) it may be supernatural rescues, right-on-time provisions, and heart transformations. And I believe He is doing something right now, that should get our attention, friends it time to make things right with God, as there are wars and rumourof wars swarming around us right now like flies, these are warning that our time is short and Jesus is returning, God is flexing His museles and saying, He is able to do as the prophets have profisies, and His huddgement and wrath will be released upon the earth If we are not ready we will face all of it,and we will not win and we will not be in heaven. Right now, He is sending out a big warning, the signs are here loud and clear. Will you "SEE THEM"? For many years now, He has been works quietly behind the scenes and asking us to complete the work He began while on earth, as we watched and waited. Now He is moving to the front lines and I believe the time has come to choose on what side are you going to stand. I personally stand in awe of what He’s doing right now in and around us today, do you see it? Its time to trust and obey, Him and in His great power (v. 23). If your not on God's side of this end times war, you will loose, you will continue down the road you have been on, to hell and a lost eternity. Friends listen to me today is the day of salvation, tomorrow may be too late! Tomorrow may never come for you, and if you don't know Him at that time, you will find that the door has shut into heaven and it cannot be opened for you. If it is that Christ has returned to take HIS people home many people will be shut out because they would not believe in the salvation through God's Son that was sent for that purpose from heaven.Remember, God never promised us tomorrow. That is why the Bible pleads with us, "Do not boast about tomorrow... now is the day of salvation" (Proverbs 27:1a; 2 Corinthians 6:2a) Today I plead with you, come to Jesus, believing in Him and His salvation, and He will forgive all of your sins and take them all away, and will prepare you for entering heaven with all sin forgiven. Today is the accepted day of the Lord. Our time is short and HE is coming very, very soon. Get ready, light your lamps and fill you souls with the oil of the Lord, so that you can burn brightly in these dark times. Father, God of heaven and earth, I stand in awe of Your inspiring power and I trust you asd a promise keeper, and I know your judgment on the world is coming.I pray for protectin and safety as I put on the armour of God and move forward, into the front lines once again. Help me be prepared and ready. AMEN
