OF GREAT VALUE
Immense Value To God,
Psalm 139
For You formed my inward parts; You covered me in my mother’s womb. I will praise You, for [g]I am fearfully and wonderfully made;
Marvelous are Your works, And that my soul knows very well. My frame was not hidden from You, When I was made in secret,
And skillfully wrought in the lowest parts of the earth. Your eyes saw my substance, being yet unformed. And in Your book they all were written,
The days fashioned for me, When as yet there were none of them. (Psalm 139:13-16)
This chapter in the Palms have always meant a lot to me, telling me,how much God carefully created me and protected me, to bring me into this world. And tells me, how much He has been with me since I was first concieved in my mothers womb, and norw for 70 years has watched over me and kept me alive. May all praise go to the one who had held me in His hand.
Whether you are a believer of not, this scripture is also about you, but if you have choosen to follow Chrst by believing in Him and obediently following Him, you are of immense value to God.. Why? Because, you have been "bought with a price"—the precious blood of Jesus Christ (1 Cor. 6:20). And the redemption of your soul signifies, that you and me are not our own, but rather we belong to God, our heavenly Father who has adopted us into His family. This makes us priceless, unconditionally loved, and created with purpose. God had and has a purpose for you, to be alive and living still on this earth. You have been born for such a time as this.
You may as why I say this, well lets break it down, God's puts a very hight evaluation o your life, so high that only the life of His Son, Jesus, who was perfect, a man without sin, was the only one that had enough in Him to pay the price and satisfy the ransom, for in Romans it says that "the wages of SIN is DEATH, BUT the gift of God is "ETERNAL LIFE". That is what the blood of Jesus on the cross purchased for you. LIFE EVERLASTING" Jesus is coming back very soon to take us to that life, were physical death can no longer touch us.
As well as eternal life, Jesus blood paid the ransom for our sin, set us free from the prison of sin, giving us the power to sin no more. To not continue in sin, for forgiveness is allways there for the taking. Please do not continue walking in your sinI believe you will not do that if you are truly born again.
We can feel valued because we belong to the creator of the world, to God. We are called to serve Him for the rest of our lives and to bring glory to His name with our lives, with our bodies, with our mind, with everything that is within of soul and spirit. Friends, think about this, if we want to be valued in the world we must perform and be able to do the job well, or we stand the chance of being fired. In contrast to the world’s conditional, performance-based value, God’s value of us is based on His unconditional love and the, everlasting nature of Christ. His love never leaves us, but for some unknow reason, we often leave Him, He does not condnm us, but rather we condemn ourselves. (1 Corinthians 6:19-20) says our bodies are the temple of God, where He resides. The Holy Spirit/God lives in us, and dwells with us, we belong to God.
Romans 8:28 friends we are called and chosen for to His purpose for us. You are valuable and are blessed accordingly. (Psalm 139:13-16) says you, yes you were "fearfully and wonderfully made". This worth means that even if you were the only person on earth, Jesus would still have died for you. That has always amazed me, that simple, little old me, was worth dying for.
The other thing that amzes me, is that God knows my name "But now, thus says the Lord, who created you, O Jacob, And He who formed you, O Israel:
“Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by your name;You are Mine." We all want to belong, and God says you do! because you belong to me, and I call you by name.. God knows YOUR name. We can be a valuable contributions to His kingdom, and He sees our potential, and as we serve Him, he see and recognizes our efforts. He knows our names (John 10:3), and He sees our investment in His work (Hebrews 6:10).
Father, thank you, for the value you place on me. Thank you for sending Jesus to die for me. Thank you, that you created me for a purpose and I have a valeable position in your Kingdom. Father, God, I love you, and will serve and worship you forever and ever AMEN
