SHINE LIKE THE STARS

Hold Firmly To The Word Of Life (1 Thessilonians 5:1-28, Philippians 2:1-20) "Do everything without grumblingr or arguing, so that you may become blamelesss and pure, “children of Godt without fault in a warped and crooked generation.”Then you will shine among them like stars in the sky 16 as you hold firmly to the word of life. And then I will be able to boast on the day of Christv that I did not runw or labor in vain." (Philippians 2:14-15) We as believers are to shine like stars. How? By living and doing what is right that we are found blameless, pure, and obedient in a world that is everything but. You may ask again, But How? Well, it involves knowing God and His word, the bible says the word will give us life and to know it will help us avid failing into a grumbling, fighting attitude and we will not be one who argues about everything. in so doing we will reflect Christ as the light, and be a guide for those we are called to lead to follow Him. We then will be believers, true believer in Christ who will be outstanding in our field in the dark world by shining like the stars on a clear dark night. We will be the ones God uses for people to look to when they need a positive influence in their lives because they will see a Christ-like character, that is consistant in our lives as we live it out before them. As they see us living in accordance within the teachings of Jesus. Thus setting the example of being blameless, pure, and faultless, because of the power of the Hilt Spirit in our lives. Attitude: Refraining from complaining or arguing. Shining like stars, to the surrounding culture, allowing people to see God's light through us as believers in the one and only true God, that will stand with us in parilese times. (Daniel 12:3) There are so many verses that talks about how to shing like stars.. But in order to do so, we must know the word of God, and study it much. As we do the Holy Spirit will teach us and guide us through the darkness upon this earth and will lead us to the light. - Matthew 5:8: "Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God". - 1 Thessalonians 5:23: "May God himself, the God of peace, sanctify you through and through. May your whole spirit, soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ". - 2 Peter 3:14: "So then, dear friends, since you are looking forward to this, make every effort to be found spotless, blameless and at peace with him". - 1 Timothy 6:14: "...to keep this command without spot or blame until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ". The Purpose of Purity - Philippians 2:15) in a "crooked and perverse generation" . - Genesis 6:9: Noah, who was described as righteous and blameless in his generation. - Ephesians 5:27 highlights the goal of the church being holy and without blemish, similar to the spotless nature of Christ (1 Peter 1:19). - 1 Corinthians 6:18 : "Flee from sexual immorality. All other sins a person commits are outside the body, but whoever sins sexually, sins against their own body" - Revelation 14:5:"No lie was found in their mouths; they are blameless" - Daniel 1:8: "But Daniel purposed in his heart that he would not defile himself" As believers we are to be different, we must change, we cannot have Christ and His Holy Spirit living in us and continue in sin. To live in habitual sin and not be repentant or sorrowful, iis to not have Christ, is to not being born again, and we are lost in the blindness satan has placed upon our eyes. You cannot be a true bliever and continue in a life of crime, You cannot be a homosexual, and continue living in that kind of a relationship. You cannot be a born again believer and continue to murder people. Jesus sais to the woman acused of Adulitry, go and sin no more. John 8. What was the sin she was known for? Adultry, and the Pharisses wanted to stone her, but Jesus forgave her and then told her to go and sin no more. The women at the well, Jesus also forgave her because she was thirsty for the living water, which she accepted. O believe she also went and sinned no more, as she became a testimony to her common law husband and to her ex-husbands and to her whole town. Read in John 4> However you look at it, you cannot get away from the fact when you repent and are born again, You must change and bare good fruit, or else you are not born again. Father God, help me change and to be more like you. AMEN
